Alzlee: Heya was recently in the 50k and the dps-g-400 Channels i need reinvited please made room for them to fit in channels list thanks. Star Trek Online. All Discussions Screenshots Artwork Broadcasts Videos News Guides Reviews. Unfortuntely for me, I've already set both regular and safe mode to medium settings meaning Windows isn't gonna let me log back in to the game. Is there any way around this? I heard that there was a.PREF file that allows you to edit the game's.
Combatlog Reader is a relatively new parser for STO's combat.log, written by Lea@omegashoker. This is the original thread about it on the STO forums, but since it is in German (the application itself is in English), I am presenting it here. Some of its features are:
- It differentiates between Hull and Shield damage
- It offers direct links to players' Gateway profile
- It offers different ways to calculate actual combat time (important for DPS calculation)
- It calculates Hull and Shield Resistances
- It calculates Critical Hits and their Severity
- It automatically identifies the missions being logged (e.g. ISE)
- The application automatically updates itself (can be deactivated)
- Customizable tables and colors

You can download it here - it is a Java application, so you need Java 7 installed.

For comparison, the same run parsed with ACT & Aria's plugin http://imgur.com/LbfiUdH

As you can see the damage readout is virtually identical. The differences in DPS are due to different ways how combat time is calculated. Honestly I have no clue how exactly ACT does it. Notice in CLR's Advanced Settings, the dropdown menu under 'DPS-Calculation' changes how actual combat time is defined. The 5 options are: 1) Active combat time (Dmg-Out only) 2) Active combat time (+Heal-Out) 3) Active + passive combat time (+Dmg/Heal-In) 4) Entities combat time (From first to last hit) and 5) Overall combat time (From first to last hit)
